Marie:
* Consultation to include emails, phone calls, in person with family members
* Outside Presentations
* Program Planning and specialty behavioral visual supports
* Observation
* Direct Services
* Reports
All billing is in 15 minute increments:
* Professional Agencies, such as School Districts $85.00/Hr.
* Private and Brokerage Agencies, SDRI, Independence NW etc. $75.00/Hr.
o (Multnomah Co. Only for Andy Weber is $65.00)
* Occasional special arrangements may be negotiated.
If client is a 2:1 to begin with, client is only charged at Marie's rate per hour
Intakes are free.
Travel rate for Marie at her rate.
ESTM:
* 1:1 - $55.00/Hr.
* Training Center between 2-3 clients - $45.00/Hr.
* Social Skills group between 1-5 students $45.00/Hr.
o Parent consult with Marie during Social Skills is an additional $25.00/Hr.
Travel rate for ESTM is $35.00/Hr.
Summer School Rates:
* Rates start as soon as child arrives and end once the child leaves.
* Please let parents know that if they are arriving late, they are still being billed on this rating scale.
* Please let parents know that each child is signed up for the weeks they chose, but are responsible for payment even on missed days.
o 5 Days a week @$15.00/hr.
o 3-4 Days a week @$17.50/hr.
o 1-2 Days a week @ $20.00/hr.
* Additional Tutoring before or after Summer School hours at ES for 1:1 is $35.00/Hr.
* For more impacted students who require a 1:1 during summer school instruction the rate is $35.00/hour.
* For personalized tutoring at the student's home @$35.00/hr. to include transportation time.
